Love T-Mobile's plans, service, and staff. This is by far one of the best T-Mobiles. Their staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They do not lie and try to rip you off. They stick you with stuff within your budget. They always search for the best deals on each personal basis. I'll defiantly be back. Keep up the great work.
I went to T-Mobile today with an issue that I had created and couldn't undo. I was offered assistance and they were able to fix my problem. Another thing I learned is that they have a new TV service that they're offering at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for the help and keep up the great work that you do!
My parents account was turned off due to late fees, i went in and talk to a young lady today, didn't get her name but we found out that a payment they made was to the wrong account, Rachel looked into it for them and got it resolved. Unfortunately the phone's cannot be turned back on till tomorrow. But glad they did not have to pay for this mistake. Thank you Rachel again for your customer service... would be 5 stars if the payment was applied to correct account, that was applied by neither of the 2 ladies i talked to today...
I went to the store to do a warranty exchange on my phone. I was very pleased with the service that I received from Alex. He transferred all of my information of from my old phone to my new phone. He gave me some advice on re installing some of the apps that I had on the phone and let me know I should make sure I know what I am downloading before I download it. All in all I've always had great experiences at this location. The employees there actually care about the customers and care about providing great customer service.
Been a t-mobile customer since 2003. Well worth the money, and the service keeps getting better. Anytime I go into a t-mobile store, they always do all they can to make it a great experience.
I went in to order 2 phones due to website having issues processing my Card, There was an incident that night with a guy who seems to be on some kind of drug that came in, asking the store for a phone than to call ambulance then later ask to call the cops to come out. He was throwing his boots around and did not have a shirt on at first. The workers at the store handle the situation really well, it was a little uncomfortable for me as I was there to order phones. I find it hard to believe that At such a busy streets this kind of stuff can happened. I think it would be a good idea to have the store owner allowed the stuff to have pepper spray or something just incase if one day these druggies decides to harm the store workers physically. I just want to say how much I appreciated the workers on handling the situation.
This place is run by an arrogant, bratty little girl who treats customers like they're beneath her, and employees and appears to encourage such behavior from the employees. I'm the 45 minutes I was there, in which they managed to not help me and I'm the end anger me, they managed to irritate the other 2 people who came in as well, and were able to not help a single person. Their ability to handle and resolve problems are non-existent. Their strategy is to appear superior, contradict anything they can to appear right, and massager everyone mad. Go to another location run by real adults
I went into this location this morning first thing when tbey opened so they werent busy nor was there a line and the storr itself was nice. I was "helped" by employee mike dominique who without looking at my phone explained he couldnt activate it and to try a sprint store off menaul. This employee directed me to a location that i looked up while there and saw it was permanently closed. I explained i know you have the ability because i work for sprint to no avail. So i went to tmobile off menaul by the mall and was helped and had phone working in 30 min. Long story short dont even waste your time at this location go to location by the mall in the area they can help, great company, but terrible experience at this location.
This place is awful and very dishonest. The girl who assisted me. Sold me a new phone because mine was coming apart. After paying she took my phone apart, told me I needed a $6 battery because mine had swollen up. And that my phone is probably great other than the battery. If I wanted to return the phone I just bought it would be a $50 restocking fee and $20 service charge. That's almost half the cost of the phone. Much of the time I was in the store the employees discussed this Sales Competition in which the salesman could win $1000 if they had the highest sales. I've bought 3 phones here. I will never return to this store or any T Mobile store. Please don't go here and get scammed like I did.
I went to this store to get a signal booster. I moved to my new house and I only get 1 signal bar on my phone. Since the account is under my wife's name, they couldn't help me, which is understandable but they did give me all the information about the signal booster and to call customer service to have my name added on. Once that's done, to come back for the signal booster free of charge. The next day, my wife added my name to the account and since she was already out, I told her to stop by the T-mobile store to get the signal booster. They told her they didn't have the signal booster in stock for weeks already and to order it by calling customer service. So they couldn't check their stock last night before telling me to go back? Really wasted our time. So I called customer service and they said in order to get the signal booster, I have to put $25 deposit + shipping fees and the free of charge deal I got is an in store deal only. Only in store t-mobile employees can override the charge, customer service can't override the charge. So I went back to the same store the same day and told them what happened. They said they don't have it in stock, they can't order it for me or do anything for me. So I called customer service back again and got a different person helping me. I told him what happened and he apologized for what I had to go thru and confirms to me that he is able to waive the $25 deposit and shipping fees. He doesn't know why the other employees can't waive the fee or help me at all. He helped me with everything and I talked to his superviser and gave him a good review. This T-Mobile store will give you wrong information and has bad customer service.
