Taco Bell

Okay, I know Taco Bell isn't quality food.. but we ordered spicy potato 'soft' tacos and the potatoes that came on them were literally black and hard as rocks. We went to get replacements and they said if those were too overcooked then any other ones would be too. Um, I guess they don't just fry new potatoes when you order them? We got a refund not for the $4, but because they were literally inedible and the issue wasn't resolved with new food.

I only give 1 star because I can't give 0. It took almost 15 minutes to get our order that was messed up, but I'll get back to that. There was only 2 people ahead of us waiting for food and the drive through was not busy. There was a couple employees with there hands in their pockets doing nothing while the line of people got longer. I told them about the missing nacho fries bell grande. After another 15 minutes I went to ask about it and they hadn't even started it yet. There was literally 20 people waiting for food and no one was sitting eating. And right before we left a lady that was waiting yelled at what looked like the manager asking why she dropped cups on the floor and then put them up to be used.

Very friendly staff but awful wait time for inside and drive-thru, also awful quality and quantity of food although may be the chains problem and not this specific stores issue

Be prepared to wait a long time, EVERY time. Almost always need to ask for forgotten items. You'll hear the employees yelling, fighting, or just having a great time together. And don't expect to actually have them make fresh food even if you request it. My family likes KFC/Taco bell but THIS location is unfortunately severely lacking in multiple areas.
