Beautiful, serene and majestic whether it's spring time or in the middle of winter Tahoe Meadows is just absolutely gorgeous! We LOVE coming here to escape into nature and it's just close enough but yet out of the hustle and bustle of town to enjoy all the beauty of being in the outdoors as it is truly meant to be - family and dog friendly with a plethora of hikes galore! You will find plenty of places to explore for every age range and varying degrees of difficulty that you will never get tired of returning to this area. Tahoe Meadows has many trails that access to here from Mt. Rose, Flume Trail, Spooner Summit, Chickadee Ridge, Pacific Rim Trail to the simple trails that meander just inside Tahoe Meadows. You MUST experience Chickadee Ridge and/or a full moon snowshoe adventure or how about during the Spring when all of the beautiful wild flowers are all over the meadows. What's your favorite season Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter?? Do you live here? Are you visiting? Do you have family or friends visiting? Get out 'Move YOUR Body', take a drive up to this gorgeous area, take that loooooonnngg deep breathe in of fresh air and enjoy the beauty of the GREAT outdoors! Come on you know you want to?! been there when it was covered in snow. So much fun. just restrooms were closed for the winter which sucks.
