Beautiful views and not as difficult to bike as I expected. Only climbed about 1200ft though, because of snow, traction became to poor without studded tires. Also if one is going to bike this trail I would recommend a bike with better clearance than the Santa Cruz 5010 that I rented. There are a number of stone stairs that the bike bottomed out on while climbing that would have been fine on my downhill bike. Would love to come back and bike this trail free of snow on my own bike.

Very nice. Not at all crowded since it was Winter when we visited. Some trails were a little messy, but by and large it was well laid out, easy enough for families (with young kids) and nothing but nature around. There's a vista point with amazing 360 degree views including of the lake.

This was such a fun place to go hike we got a ton of great views throughout our journey and even had a nice little picnic once we passed the cool little waterfall. Probably not the best for little kids to come along with as it is very Rocky and a few cliffs with drops but as someone who is normally afraid of heights I was never worried. Some people even use the trail as a mountain bike course if you are into that.

Amazing hiking trail. Pretty easy. I thought it would be steeper because of other reviews I've read. Come early in the morning as it gets hot during the day. Follow the waterfall logo I'd you want to see the waterfalls.
