Food was really great and I have gone there after my first experience again and again.

Looks better than it is. Server took their sweet time, sushi was disappointing, water with meal was oddly warm.

Our food took forever even though we ordered off their special happy hour menu. The sushi is mostly rice. We were never provided napkins, not even for our appetizer. My martini was a warm purée both times and the draft beer was flat. Service could be more friendly, especially when visiting from out of town. Will definitely be visiting Formosa for sushi next time.
