Teppanyaki | Grill & Buffet

This is the best restuarant I have ever been to in my life. The food was a 10/10. Great service, wonderful environment. Would recommend to anyone that is visiting Richmond, VA.

It was nice. Good variety of food. However I think Hibachi on W Broad have more choices. But this was quite nice.

Almost $100 down the drain (5 adults, 1 kid age 3 1 kid age 8). All of the food was cold except the soup. We ate 2 plates to get our money's worth, but it would've went down much smoother had it been hot. Food tasted decent but it being cold was very off-putting. Told the waitress, she said she would talk to managment. Came back to our table a few minutes later with a huge pile of fortune cookies and the bill and walked away. She only refilled our glasses once. Very poor experience, would never recommend this place to anyone.

I definitely would not recommend to anyone. I went there for dinner and all the food looks hot steamy & delicious but soon as you put it on your plate and sit down to eat it’s cold not only that but everything was extremely greasy and all of my food tasted the same literally everything. They advertised crab legs & when I asked they said they don’t, also never came back to refill my drink & no they were not busy. Utensils were also not cleaned properly. Eww !

Went for dinner and it seemed like none of the food had been refilled from lunch. Most of the food was cold and not very good. I also went because I saw they had crab legs on Friday. No Crab Legs. The steamed white rice wasn't cooked all the way and was hard. The only decent dishes were things that has been deep fried. Lets not even chat about the sushi. The home made desserts had no flavor and even the pre-packaged Ice Cream was over frozen. The bathrooms were dirty and the restaurant wasn't much better. The service was the best part. Everyone was very nice a helpful. It is a shame the buffet was hot garbage. Excuse me....COLD garbage.
