Texas Roadhouse

Good price for steaks and they are actually able to cook my steaks to the right temp about 4 out of 5 times, which in my opinion is great for traditional restaurants. They have good drink deals, particularly their long island ice teas. Chili is amazing and so are their chicken strips. This place is solid all around and for the price a solid 5 stars for me. Be prepared for a wait during prime time hours, though.

Great service! Our waiter was being trained that evening. Very impressed with how nice he was and how knowledgeable he was. The woman training him was great also! So spectacular! I never needed for anything long - they were always watching the table without feeling smothered. The building doesnt have much space for groups with more than 6 people. Had to put a table at the end of a booth.

Standard Texas Roadhouse, I do love this restaurant. As always the hostess and waitress were friendly and ready to serve. The bathrooms, like always, were immaculately clean. The food was served in the normal amount of time and my steak was spot on medium. Grilled shrimp was prolly a 35-40 count size. The chicken was not overdone and tender. This particular restaurant had several outside tables in a patio with an overhang. Very easy access from the U.S. 31 and U.S. 20 interchange in South Bend.

Staff is very friendly, and usually pretty fast. Food is reasonably priced. They are pretty good about cooking their steaks to temperature. It's nice that there are hot buttery rolls and peanuts to eat while you wait for your meal. Once or twice during your meal there may be a line dancing performance that happens. I'm not a fan, it's loud and distracting- if you're there for a dinner and conversation. Expect to wait a while to be seated if you go on the weekend. They get pretty busy.

It was absolutely horrible!! I had a party of 10 and we got seated rather quickly but after that everything went downhill. I want to use the bathroom and there was urine all over the floor and toilets. Then I witnessed an employee wash his hands then blow his nose and proceed to walk out of the bathroom! Then on top of that it took over an hour to get our food. Now I know 10 people is a lot to cook for but all we ordered where some small cheese burgers and fries. Then after we got our food she never came back. We had to go get our own to go boxes and then she came and asked if we needed our bill. The food was good but the service sucked!!
