The Academy Hotel Colorado Springs

Surprisingly nice interiors. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is going to be tough to beat as well. Well worth the cost to stay- glad we spent two nights here. Atrium area is beautiful and there is an indoor pool as well. You're also located within 10-15 minutes of many parks or hikes if you like the outdoors.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I will have to say a first happened to me here. The chef was making our omelettes and as he was doing his little spins in the pans, a piece of ham shot out of the pan and landed in my shirt pocket. It was hilarious! That will probably never happen to me again! Definitely memorable. :-)

Great rooms, the customer service is amazing no matter what time of the day/night, the breakfast (which is included) is amazing with all that you can ask for, and the restaurant is really good. If I had to improve one thing would be the restaurant food. Not great, but happy hour apps are up-to-par. Great everything for a great price!

So far my first first impression is, Im impressed. The front desk is very friendly and professional. They were so busy, due to the Warrior games and handled it quite well. Nice, clean facility with more than just a pool as an option for guests. The rooms are classy and roomy, you don't feel like your in a shoe box. I will update weather the price was worth it after i have slept in the bed, had the breakfast and ate at the restaurant.
