Very impressed with their customer service. We came here for my husbands birthday, and they took great care of us during this stay. They even left a birthday present in the room! We had a room overlooking the creek. It was spacious and clean. Hotel was in a great location near everything we could need.

Golden is a beautiful town and the Golden Hotel was a charming stay. We enjoyed the riverside view from our room with snow falling on Friday. We were able to participate with the other folks that lingered along the creek and street Saturday with spring in bloom. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was very nice. I loved the relaxed environment, beautiful salads, and delicately strong “gold fashioned”.

Went here for Easter brunch with the family. There was a nice overall spread on the buffet. I also enjoyed the mimosa bar, it was a little pain having to order these separate. Wait staff was good overall and the price reflected this. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for holiday brunch. I expect most of the rooms to have a great view, the hotel is right off the river.

Very hospitable staff. There was a mix up on reservation and the hotel did not have the double room made through their website. They already upgraded us to a suite and we didn't even have to ask. All was well. The location is great right next to Clear Creek - definitely recommend a walk along it. We were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff was!

Hosted 3 day training event for 45 people. Staff were amazing. Accommodations are great. Wonderful location. Staff were amazing. Did I already say that? It is worth repeating. They bent over backwards to make the event a success. I would recommend to anyone for an event or a stay away from home. I look forward to the chance to visit the Golden Hotel again.
