Such a fun field trip spot for our family. We learned so much about the history, not just of Woodrow Wilson, but also about Augusta. The tour guides were great as well.

Great tour and guide. Interesting, quaint, inexpensive ($5) up close, all the elements of a tour that make it a very worthwhile experience.

Good guides who are so knowledgeable about the Wilson family, their home and their time spent living there really make the tour a joy.

Woodrow Wilson and I have the same birthday in December and I have attended this annual track several years. I enjoy going through his home but honestly wish there were some update somewhere along the way. Right down to the marbles have been in the same place on the floor along with this toys for probably the last 5 years. The person who directed the tour through the home seems less than enthusiastic but I assume that one gets that way after doing the same routine day after day month after month. I would have liked to have bought one of the photo books that had of the Gus's history but I felt like they were overpriced. It was a nice touch to have a cake and the cookies there for his birthday today.

It is smaller scale than other presidential homesites we have visited. But I learned things about Woodrow Wilson and history that I did not previously know. If you are a history buff you will enjoy it. Our tour leader was excellent. Video beforehand was well done. It took about an hour. Was very relaxed, not uptight that you might touch something.
