Review: The Clay Pit. Indian Cuisine. I went here due to a Cultural Diversity assignment in college. The lady at the front counter was absolutely wonderful. I asked her to help me with the buffet as I had never had Indian food before. She made my food to go (as requested). My favorite thing that she gave me was a chicken curry type of soup. I also liked the rice pudding with a red sauce. The buffet looked clean, well kept, and slightly elegant towards the beverage containers. The lady gave my son mints to go and he was as pleased as an 8 yr old can be. I ended up sharing my food with my extended family as they had not tried this type of Indian food either. They liked the rice, chicken curry, and a dessert that was a round ball with red sauce. I encourage others to go to the buffet and ask for help. Everything the lady made for me was delicious and she seemed happy to share her culture.

A new experience for me. I never ate India food before. It was quiet good. A little spicy but not to hot. Enjoyed being there with my family.

The all-you-can eat buffet is incredible. I filled my first plate and loved it so much that I went back for seconds and thirds. I went into a heavy food coma afterwards. Highly recommended.

The food is good and service is great, but not worth $12 per person.

This place is so good! My husband and I really enjoy the chicken masala here! The food off the buffet is always so warm and we always receive fresh warm naan bread! The service is great and we will be coming back more often!
