Went for a date night and was our first time visiting. Nice, friendly staff. Huge wine and cocktail selections. Goose fat fries were delicious and charcuterie plate was divine. Will definitely be returning.
Lots of wine choices! A bit pricey but my Austrian selection was very good. The frog legs are everything they say, absolutely delicious I’m a little torn on the pommes frite. The goose fat really does give it an amazing flavor but the texture isn’t as crispy that I usually expect from normally thin pomme frites. I’m also not a big vinegar fan so I didn’t love the aioli sauce but the peanut satay was surprisingly delish!
Delightful meal with delicious drinks. We had the tomatoes soup with grilled cheese, mussels, and the amazing Cuban pulled pork. The French 75, cucumber mint sour, the Four roses bourbon finished the meal. The Lambrusco wine was a perfect companion to the creme brulee!
Love this place. Food is delicious. Bartenders are good and quick. Drinks are amazing!!
Used to be one of the best spots in the city. No longer. Great location, used to be good space and a sound concept. Space has become very dated and threadbare, and not in a divey/hipster kind of way. Price point on wine used to be fair and now they’re just flat out gouging. I know Covid and Hurricane Ida happened. Everyone took a kick in the balls. But come on, up your game and be the great bar you were and could be again.
Came in on a whim. Parker was our bartender and he did an excellent job guiding us on the menu and what to order. Everything was super tasty. The music selection playing was excellent as well. Great vibe.
Excellent wine selection along with delicious food. The ambiance is relaxing and a great space to enjoy alone or with people. I love the location too. I love the place!
Great wine and cocktail selection. Really enjoyed the mussels and fries. Steak and service were okay. Great place to have a few drinks and apps in a casual setting!
Great selection of drinks, beer, food and wine. Sat at the bar for a late night snack and glass of wine. Mussels were phenomenal and their special of the day was a pork/duck pate that blew my mind. Open late. Pay to park on both sides of the street.
Went here last week and was disappointed. Great selection of wine and beer. Had eaten here in the past, but this time the $12. truffle fries were warm, but soggy and barely tasted of truffle. Having been fried in goose fat, you'd think they would at least be slightly crisp. Also had the Cuban twice cooked pork. Fairly dry and overcooked lukewarm pork over room temp fried yucca. Not good. Hope I just caught them on an off night, but I would not recommend.
