The Exquisite Bride

I fell in love with this store. They had my top 3 designers, a wonderful variety of styles, and very friendly staff. I called in last minute to see if they would have an opening for me, to which they said it was okay for me to stop by! Most other stores are incredibly strict about appointment times, which is understandable. Staff was very gracious and clearly knew what they were talking about! They do allow you to take photos, unlike some other stores. The dresses can be a little pricey- for me at least. But I believe I have found "the one" and will 100% be returning to this store to make my final decision. I also cannot thank the employees enough for being so compassionate towards the fact that my mother lives out of state- they were very eager to book an appointment for me at a time when she could visit and view the dress.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! There are many places I found in Pittsburgh that have been friendly and helpful in the search for the perfect dress, but this was NOT the case at Exquisite Bride. I went in having a pretty good idea of what I was looking for in a dress, and had very high hopes to find a dress here because of the brands and styles they carry. However, my experience was just the opposite. I didn't even get to look at all of the racks before my stylist said, "You have enough, go try on." and I wouldn't get another chance to go back to the racks and finish looking either. As I was trying on, I kept telling the lady helping me what I liked and did not like in a dress and all she did was say "Ok" versus helping pull some dresses that matched what I was describing. Even in the dressing room I saw a poster of a designer I was searching for and told her I was interested in trying or looking at some of their dresses, and all she said was, "Yes they are nice" instead of actually helping me. Then once I tried on all of the dresses we pulled and didn't find one I loved, she had nothing to say to me. Every other store I have gone to has helped play off likes and dislikes to pull dresses that fit what I was looking for. The stylist here was like a zombie going through the motions. There was no personality and it seemed as though she had no interest in helping me find my dress. My mom and gram came with me and they were also very infuriated by the experience they almost walked out of the store. I was very disappointed, absolutely poor service and bad experience for dress shopping. If you are looking for a place that will treat you nice and help you find the perfect dress Exquisite bride is NOT the place to go.

The staff at Exquisite Bride in Gibsonia were "exquisite". From the moment I came for my first appointment you could tell they really wanted to make sure I felt important and beautiful. I am an average size girl with an average budget but they made me feel anything but average. They brought me gowns that made me feel beautiful while keeping my body type and budget in mind. They also made my family feel included in the whole ordeal. I wasnt ready to make a final.decision that day so they let me come back two more times without putting pressure on me until I could make sure i was buying my dream dress. Between my 3 appointments trying on dresses there I had gone to two other stores that came highly recommended, however I was really uncomfortable and felt very pressured at those places. I came back a third time to Exquisite and decided on the perfect dress, headpiece and veil. A few months later I started alterations and needed a good bit of work done since I had lost 22lbs. I was really worried about it not fitting right since so much needed to be done but the ladies assured me it would be fine, and they were right. The seamstress did a really good job making it fit even better than I could have imagined. It's now been a few months since my wedding and I am still getting complements on my gown. Thank you ladies for making me feel like a princess. I cant wait to reccomend you.

Were do I even begin!!!! From the time I walked into the doer til the time I left. Judy the manager was a patient angel. I had absolutely no clue what I was looking for and walked away with the perfect dress.it was a fun atmosphere and not stuffy at all. I will be sending EVERYONE there. Thank you thank you thank you Judy in Gibsonia you are a very sweet woman.

Awful experience. I made an appointment a month in advance to come to the exquisite bride from out of town to look for my bridal gown. I informed the bridal consultant with how many people I would be bringing, and that I wanted to look at bridesmaid dresses, as well. I was informed that I may not be able to look at bridesmaids dresses and that I may have to come back another time. In addition, my bridal consultant was incredibly rude and left right after I tried on my dresses. I was told while my bridesmaids were trying on dresses that they had another appointment coming in and to basically leave. I was so disappointed that I decided that I was not going to buy my dress or my bridesmaid dresses there. This store lacked the experience that every bride wants which should be an exciting and positive time. Instead, I received poor customer service with an incredibly rude staff. Save your time and look elsewhere.
