I had the best experience at Sorelle! The The wonderful to me and I actually said yes to my dress! They accommodated my size and didn't push me on anything! They new the dress I wanted and helped me Invision myself in the dress! This was such an amazing experience! I can't thank Sorelle enough for this amazing experience!

Immediately when I walked into the salon and told them my venue/style they chose the perfect dress for me. They were not pushy at all but really knew what they were doing and the best styles to recommend. We bought our bridesmaids dresses there too and all the girls were happy. They made the entire process fun and special. I highly recommend all the girls at Sorelle's. They helped make our day very special.

First of all, if I could give Sorelle's higher than a 5 star rating I would! This place was amazing! They had the LARGEST selection of prom dresses we have seen in the half a dozen places we looked. My style of prom dresses is incredibly particular and this was the only place that had dresses even close to my style. I tried on over a dozen dresses with the help of their incredible staff. They were so attentive, helpful and personable. They wouldn't let me leave without giving them all hugs. I had the greatest experience dress shopping at Sorelle's and I can't wait to get my dress next week! Of course I only looked prom dresses but their wedding dress selection seemed just as large as their prom dress selection and would highly recommend Sorelle's to anyone dress shopping.

Did not have a good experience at all. Took my bridesmaids here to look for their dresses and was extremely disappointed. They did not have any staff available to take our appointment when we arrived. After waiting around 15 or 20 minutes, we were finally assigned a staff member who did not seem to have experience with bridesmaids dresses and was juggling multiple prom girls at the same time. When the staff member we were assigned could see that the styles were not what we were looking for, she must have asked a manager for help as this manager came up to myself and instead of rectifying the situation they approached me with a rude attitude that made us all feel unwelcome. After which we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Would never recommend. Staff shouldn't forget that this is a special time for each bride and all appointments are important.

I can not rave about the staff at Sorrelle Bridal enough. Not only was my consultant the sweetest lady possible. Marsha was the first person in multiple shops to listen to what I wanted and found my dress seriously on her first pick. She was patient and so kind when i tried on multiple other dresses and set the bar for the other stores to which they simply fell vastly short of. Not only did you interact with your consultant but the owner was always lending a hand, adding tips and because she knew her inventory so well able to get the perfect accessories for my special day. They were understanding of my need to try other stores, stayed well in my budget and offered quality dresses. I also appreciated the information on other wedding needs like flowers and specialties. Thank you so much for my experience and i can not wait to see the final product.
