They got me in and out, Dr. Nguyen was professional, efficient and personable. Front desk Amanda is great. Go, get your eyes checked! How is instantly better vision NOT on you "to do" list?

Was super hesitant about getting LASIK but after 2 years of thinking about it finally decided to do it. Process was very efficient and customer service was on point. Could barely see at night and long distance and now my vision is 20/20. Im 36 and only regret I have is that I didn't do it earlier. Would highly recommend this place!

I was told to return my glass contacts to them. They did not tell me that they were under warranty, and that I needed to return them in a certain amount of time. Those glass contacts were $500, I returned them, to Amanda, upon returning, she took them and wrote my name down on a sticky note. She did not tell me one word about it being too late, nor did she tell me that i still owe close to $500 even if i return them that day. I called today, asked to speak to Amanda, the receptionist, said she was not in today, but Stephanie could help me out. I spoke with Stephanie who told me that i still have a balance of close to $500, for those glass contacts. She claims to have called me, I have no missed calls from her, nor voicemails from anyone else from this clinic, Stephanie states, “I did call you." The only time they called me was to inform me that my original glass contacts were in, back in May/June. I had to call them to check on other contacts. Now, they claim I owe $500 for contacts that I DO NOT have and it will go against my credit, so they want me to pay close to $500. Stephanie also claims that the contacts are no longer under warranty. Stephanie said "sorry" and to call back tomorrow and speak with Amanda, who I originally called to speak to in the beginning. Stephanie also mentioned that there is nothing Amanda can do. She said there is nothing they can do. But I'm sure they will send that to the credit bureau, because there is nothing they can do, thanks for the awesome communication Eye clinic! Don’t be misled!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that makes you feel comfortable and like family. I recommend them to everyone.

This was absolutely the best money I ever spent. I am 8 years out from my lasik, and my vision is still perfect. Corrected my astigmatism and allowed me to live without glasses or contacts! The procedure they used is called monovision correction, so I have one eye for up close and one eye for distance. After a short period, your brain switches back and forth and you never know the difference. It's like you were born this way! Price has gone down since I had it done in 2009, so what are you waiting for???
