Eye Centers of Southeast Texas L.L.P

I have been coming to the Eye Centers of Southeast Texas for several years on and off. I have never had any problems when one of the ladies at the front desk was rude. I work in the public and she had no reason to say things about my account when I had already addressed the situation before I made the appointment. It was on your end not mine that the error was done. So therefore she had no reason to question the situation. It could have been handled differently without the rudeness.

I've worn glasses since I was a kid and never had my eyes examined by anyone but a Dr, but at this place my eyes were examined by an assistant. I paid $1200 for my glasses. They were made 4 times, and they still weren't right. I will not go back here. My eyes are too precious to me to go back to this place.

One of the best eye centers around . They can take care of nearly all diseases.

Outside of building was the first thing I noticed. It is run down. The receptionist taking my insurance info and payment was popping gum and singing along with rap music and snapping her fingers. Dr. Ren is great and professional. The receptionist needs to go.
