Dr. Castillo is absolutely an amazing and caring doctor. He is thoughtful, explains things very easily, and is obviously extremely skilled at what he does. My 86 year old mother has been going there for several months and Dr. Castillo saved her eyesight. The medical staff always delivers an exceptional level of service and excellent care. The office staff is very professional and prompt with respect to returning calls and scheduling appointments. Great experience!

Customer service sucks here. They aren't very handicapped friendly. My mom is in a wheelchair and on oxygen. Nobody helps with holding doors and the wait time is ridiculous.
