I have be a patient at Eye Care Associates for over 10 years. I absolutely love the care I receive and the staff are phenomenal. Dr. Le is extremely knowledgeable and she is always pleasant and understanding even when you’ve come in and in a bad mood. I have moved since I started going there and it is out of the way to continue going there but the commute is worth it.

My 86 yr old mother was recently seen at your office. The office staff and assessment staff were very professional, through and friendly. However, Dr. P. showed very little patience. She was abrupt and rushed during her initial assessment. We got the feeling that she had another pressing appointment. She did not ask us if we had questions or concerns before quickly exiting the room. My sister and I were both very disappointed with the service she rendered to our mom.

Everyone is so polite and understanding. They make you feel welcomed and most importantly they make you feel special. They explain everything to you as well as answer any questions that you may have..

My eye doctor, Dr. Pachigolla is the best. She is so nice, friendly, with such a soft and gentle touch when caring for your eyes. She explains every procedure, and the whole time she is working on you, she ask, " how you doing?" And she tries to keep you at ease. Yesterday I had a small issue. I was called to come in 50 minutes early than my schedule time. I got there about 10 minutes prior, and for some reason did not get seen until 20 minutes past my original schedule time. So I sat there for 1 hr and 20 minutes. I went up to the desk and told them I was called in early but, they had a hard time finding my name, and said they would call me. I had a procedure to be done so I did not want to get upset, so I just let it go. I guess we all have bad days and that I understand. But for your eyes there is no better place or any other place I would go or recommend, She, Dr. Pachigolla is the Best!!
