Ophthalmology Associates

I finally gave up. Appointment at 9am. At 9:45 I was told I'd be next in 15-20 minutes. I really like the doctor (Burton) but can't wait around like this and don't know why I'd be expected to do this. Not the first time this has happened but the worst to date. Hate to do it but will have to find a doctor that can keep appointment times.

The front office and optical technician were very friendly and helpful. However I waited 1 hour after appointment to be seen by Dr Judy Myers, OD. I asked the front office if her wait time usually runs this long and asked to view glasses while I waited. While I was in the eyeglass area choosing frames I could hear Dr Myers in hallway asking where I was and making rude comments that she was waiting. Dr Myers approached me in eye glass area and was very rude. She would not give me my prescription for glasses unless I came back to see her. I would not recommend this ophthalmologist and advise anyone to choose someone else!!!

The medical services were very good. My only complaints were with the parking and administrative staff. I drove around the building twice looking for a parking place, before I noticed that there was parking across the street. Signage would help. On admin, I heard my name called, but couldn't see who was calling. The woman was seated behind the counter. I looked all around the waiting room and couldn't tell who was calling me. Finally, another patient pointed me in the direction of the sign-in personnel.

Very professional but personal physician office. I enjoyed my interaction with every staff member I met. All were busy but took their time to make the experience for the patients as wonderful as possible. I liked Dr. Margo very much and would most definitely see him again. Thanks you!

Dr. Warren did a great job, from the initial consultation to the surgery and through the follow-up appointments. If you’re considering LASIK, give him a call!
