Texas Eye And Laser Center

Went last year to get a chalazion removed. Was referred out by my eye doctor and they got me in same day. We got there and the dr was very cold and short. I felt like a burden. Still grateful they got me in.

If I could give the Ft Worth office zero stars I would! Every time I call the receptionist are EXTREMELY rude and don't know what they are doing! It's not hard to make appointments! Also, my referral has once again disappeared (or expired as they say) even though my doctor's office just sent a new one a little over a month ago!!! I will take my eyes and my business some where else!

In the past I had visited the Hurst office for lasik surgery and they're basically the same in regards to treatment and how they treat you as a person. I injured my eye on the weekend and was able to see the Dr on Monday, I was happy that they were able to squeeze me in because when I was initially injured I went to the ER, the doctor there maybe spent 3 mins on me and prescribed me eye drops which didn't really give me a good feeling. Texas eye and laser center doctors and nurses were thorough, they told me what to expect. Bleeding out of my eye was scary and for the ER to kinda just take a quick look scared me even more. I'm happy I found this place years ago.

Love this place! Everyone in the office is very friendly and the doctor was great! Today was my first visit and won't be my last. I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend :)

The staff at the Ft. Worth office were both friendly and very professional. This is a VERY popular doctor group and at times the lobby can get full, but Dr. Hu is a very respected cornea specialist. Just finished my left eye, and everything went perfect. I am getting the right eye done in 6 weeks. On all my follow-up visits, I was taken back immediately. The staff made sure that I had everything I needed such as prescriptions, etc. I would strongly recommend this group to anyone. Just an FYI, first visits can take a little longer as they do a lot of testing and questions to make sure you get diagnosed perfect. Thank you Dr. Hu for giving me my vision back.
