Best apartment that I’ve lived in by far. Amazing location, awesome amenities, and beautiful living space.

My friends lived here for two years and I think it is very well maintained.  People who live here are all respectful to others, security guards are helpful, and building is clean.  The view into Center City from the rooftop is amazing.  Having a brewery next door is a big plus.  Walking distance from a disc golf field as well!

Horrible company to do business with. The property manager is neglectful and has been shady with a security deposit of $1150. If you want to put your faith into a company that does not uphold Pennsylvania state laws then continue business at your own risk.
