The Falls Event Center, Salt Lake City

Great venue. Staff is polite and respectful. Environment is comfortable and warm but modern. Smells nice and was clean for the event I attended. The folks that staffed our event were a bit eager to take our plates and such. That was somewhat bothersome. But overall great venue. I didn't book it or arrange any of the details so I wouldn't be able to speak to the quality of service during that process.

Courteous and extremely attentive staff. We hosted our holiday party at the Falls and we're extremely pleased with how organized, friendly and helpful the staff was for preparing our party. The Facilities Manager Blake even helped lift heavy boxes from our car to the event without being asked. Blake and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and were always around when I needed their assistance. We recommend the Falls to any friends or family who are hosting any event!

Of the many event centers in Salt Lake City, The Falls at Trolley Square is top drawer. I've been to many different venues that cost a good deal more, and been rather surprised at how little other places are involved with an event. Another review said staff was anxious to leave at 7 p.m. This is not true in any sense. My friends Kaycee & Patrick Charles got married here, and everything was perfection. A wedding is the biggest "event" most people produce in their life. It's a milestone, a covenant, a party, a celebration all in one, with many elements that need to be overseen and coordinated. The staff was enormously helpful, but a special shout out to Christian and Blake who were there well past 10p.m. taking out trash, helping to load and unload, open shades so the beautifully lit trees could be seen, and generally making sure everything was running smoothly. The DJ got sick & couldn't make it. No sweat. Christian hooked the Groom's playlist into the sound system, and the guests never new anything was amiss. Both Christian and Blake were a godsend to make the caterer and bar providers' jobs smooth sailing, which makes the wedding run that much smoother. Kudos! The room itself is lovely, with beautiful appointed Bride's and Groom's rooms. The catering kitchen is functional, plenty of room for staging. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Excellent and I will highly recommend to all Bride's.

The venue staff was absolutely incredible both before and on our wedding day. They were on top of everything and made sure that we had just what we needed. Hailee was phenomenal. She was there to answer all of my questions and did so in a timely manner. I appreciate everything this team did for us to make our wedding day incredible. The venue alone is spectacular. Not a lot needs to be done to make it beautiful. Highly recommend it!
