The Lion House Banquets and Events

A fun little restaurant tucked in a Utah historical home on Temple Square. Very well kept, always clean. They serve yummy (home cooked) food cafeteria style. This place is famous for their rolls.

This place is a really nice place to eat. But sometimes I start to think it is haunted I was inside the building and the lights went out and then I saw a minion guy standing in the corner for some reason. I got freaked out. They have really good food but kinda over priced :D

Each part of the meal set a new president for that food. We paid about $20 for two plates and it fed us and two little kids. We usually don’t eat a ton though. I think that the portions were perfect for a person. I am one that thinks tipping is a very inefficient system to reinforce good service. No tips here, they just have a good system to take care of everything cafeteria style. So awesome! Loved it! Thanks guys!

We have been to the lion house a few times while on vacation, and we love the food. Today, we came in to get some rolls, and two of the employees were incredibly rude to us. I've never encountered more rude employees before in any establishment. The food is good, but don't expect kind treatment.

Excellent customer service. We came here for a catered event. Fabulous! The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Would come again.
