Not happy here anymore. I’ve been living in this condo for about a year. It’s been great so far, but I got a horrible experience recently. And it changed my perspective. One day I came to my place and realized somebody had come in and left a mess. It looked like some construction had happened. I had never heard about any maintenance and never requested it. While I was trying to clean some mess, someone knocked on the door and tried to unlock it, so I opened it for him. He was one of the construction team. He had my apt key, and he did not know what was wrong. So I had to talk to the management. One of a lady in managementnt said she never handed the key to anyone. Then who did it? So I told her, “I don’t care but make sure to notify me before something happens, and please do not leave a mess.” However, I came home today. The entire place is covered with drywall dust and footsteps on the floor, and I don’t even know where I should start to clean. The worst thing is I still don’t know what they had to fix.
I really enjoyed living here till new management and manager took over, and front desk was so nice till new employee with rudeness and unprofessional attitude. Also don’t appreciate with new manager. Seems like dont have enough kindness towards to residents. And strict rules are good but don’t D-escalate situation with unprofessional attitude. Don’t bring up personal stress and feeling to work. This is getting out of hands. The new manager needs to be replaced, her investigation is horrible thinks she is Authorities.
been here a couple months and it's pretty disappointing so far. There's been 2? 3? false fire alarms, the best was when it was 3am and wasn't turned off for about 10-15 minutes. no fires or emergencies yet so that's kinda comforting? super hard to understand how this is an issue that keeps occurring. There are constant plumbing issues, there's a 10-15% chance that whatever you're flushing isn't gonna make it the first time. then there's the noise; if you live anywhere near someone with a newborn/toddler then CONGRATRULATIONS! you're taking the journey with them. the property manager will tell you there's nothing they can/will do. the cherry-on-the-top tho is the building maintenance/staff that park in the driveway in front of the garage; it really completes the morning routine.
This place has a concierge service and 3 elevators to get as many people to their rooms as fast as possible. Many students live here, but it is barely noticeable compared to dorms, as they are not very loud.
Horrible management, new manager is terrible and so rude, acts like dictator, office security is such an rude attitude, seems like whole thing got screwed up after new manager.
I have enjoyed my year and a half here without too many complaints. I don’t use the building’s parking so I can’t comment on that. The fire alarms go off a few times a year for no reason, the elevators have been under repair for a few months, and the workout room’s equipment is old and occasionally nonfunctional. However, the front desk and maintenance have resolved any issues I reported quickly and effectively. I never feel bothered by neighbors or unsafe. The employees are kind and professional. The location, views, and amenities are spectacular. The patio with grills, the indoor pool on the 14th floor with a 360 view, the business center that’s open in the daytime, the lounge with TV, the bicycle storage room, the vending machines, and even the small gym have served me very well. The location provides amazing highway access and bicycling access to downtown. Pedestrian and bus access for me are very good but slightly less convenient.
I’ve lived here for 9 months and they’re still fixing the elevators. Most days it’s 12 floors of residents sharing one elevator. It would be fine if the stairs connected all the way to the parking garage floors, but they don’t. Decent place to live aside from the long wait time.
I like living here although I do wish they wouldnt turn the water off all the time, and the fire alarm wouldnt go off unnecessarily, and that there was a better workout room...
Good location and nice people.
Hope you like a monthly fire alarm that is always false lol
