The Nail Expo

Anna was amazing!!!! She was so kind and friendly. She was detail focused regarding my manicure and pedicure. I have been to 4 different nail salons around the area. At every single location (EXCEPT for Nail Expo) I felt like a person on an assembly line, a burden. Not here, Anna gives the best customer service and genuinely cares about your experience. She made me want to come back and told me to bring my husband next time which I totally will! BEST NAIL PLACE IN UTAH COUNTY! The venue is incredibly clean and beautiful, everyone was kind and quick. This is my new and favorite place to get nails done, the price is very affordable. Anna totally made my experience and made me a loyal customer.

My wife likes to get her nails done and it had been a while since she had acrylics done. She said it was a good visit. John did her nails and she was very happy with them. The employees were nice and the place was clean. Good price, except for if you want a little glitter line under the white tip, it’s an extra $7. She noticed the line wasn’t touching the tip on some fingers and John fixed it right away. Overall good experience.

Its a hit and miss with who you get. Some are great others are not. I use to only come here, and this one experience changed it. I went in for acrylics with color. I was looking through the colors and then it was my turn to get my nails done. I still hadn't decided a color. (it had only been like 3 minutes) the lady asked me what color I wanted and I said I still needed to look. I got maybe 30 seconds into looking when she said "no more" and yanked my arm toward her and told me to choose a color. Me being rushed just picked a random one and it being and ugly pinkish brown. Lady was so impatient and so rude!

Love this salon! I have come here for year because they are consistently amazing and have got time management! If you have an appointment they always give you priority and get you done quick

Wife went in today, had an appointment and wasn't seated until an hour after. They were also taking walk ins before people with a scheduled appointments. Once seated, she was rushed through and the nail tech did a horrible job. Uneven nails, design flaws, and uneven coverage. Not happy. It's sad cause she used to love this place, but is now looking elsewhere.
