Utah Nails

This is my place! I usually get just a pedicure, sometimes and manicure. The pedicure package is a great service for a great price. $25 for: foot soak, pedicure/detailing, massage, lotion, sugar scrub, hot stone and hot towel. They do great work and have a large selection of quality polishes. They are always sanitary and use disposable liners in the foot baths. I always recommend Utah Nails.

Made an appt for 5 people. We show up and after trying tell me that I didn't book they finally confessed to overbooking. They need a new system. Or a scheduler that isn't an idiot. One day I'll swallow my pride and go back because they actually do a good job.

Two days ago, my friend treated me to a manicure and pedicure here, which was so amazing of her. The staff was friendly and professional and I love my gel manicure. However, I was too busy chatting with my friend to notice, until I got home, that my heels were still white and cracked. I wish she would have worked on them more since that is my favorite part of getting a pedicure. Also, my left big toe is infected. I'm not sure if she cut it too short or what. I probably won't go back there for a pedicure.

This use to be my favorite place to get my nails done! Jimmy is fantastic! But as of recent the service there is awful!!!! I went in for a set of acrylics and they look absolutely hideous. The nail tech would not listen to what I wanted and to top it off they were making rude comments about customers who had just left. They were laughing at us the entire time and over charged me. When I attempted to ask why the price different the nail tech pretended to not know English. Truly an awful experience will not be getting my nails done again unless it’s from jimmy.

you know I’ve been coming here for a good while and it was so good and quality was so good but these last couple of months they have been rude and the quality has been awful. I make an appointment and then they say they can’t make time for me because they are always over booking. They are rude and never listen to what you want always how they want to do it. They rush the whole process on top of all of that. They don’t take there time. They did a set of nails on me and I kept explaining how I wanted them and to file more and at the end of it all I wasn’t happy and I let them know but of course I was charged $50.00 so I came the next day because they said they would fix them and they did but of course I had to pay again and I said no, like I was unhappy with what I got and we went back and forth at the end of it all I was forced to pay another $45.00. Yes they gave me a $5 discount. So a grand total of $95.00 for a full set. Customer service is awful. 10/10 don’t recommend. What I do recommend is Essence Nails.
