It was my wife's birthday, and she wanted some new earrings. We went into Tiffany and Company, and were treated extremely well. While she was looking around to find the perfect pair, they gave us champagne and chocolates. What an awesome way to experience her birthday!!! Wie Wang and the rest of the staff are simply amazing. Service like this is hard to find these days. Keep up the excellent work Tiffany and Company team.
My engagement ring, wedding band and anniversary rings are from this location. Incredible customer service. Very quick polishing turn around time too! I will be going to this location going forward. Amazing experiences. Lifetime repeat customer.
I have been to the store multiple times in Copley however, the last time I went it was not a great experience which saddens me to say because I love the brand. I felt very unwelcome and judged and no one would help me except one man. I left the store happy with the product but with the environment I probably wouldn’t go back for a while.
I went there on a Saturday evening they were not that busy, the guy at the entrance welcomed us and was nice after that, none of all the sales people that were just gathering together even tried to make eye contact or ask me if I was looking for something in particular. By the time I walked in I knew what I wanted and I was ready to buy it, instead I left and bought it online. You should never judge the financial capacities from someone by their looks.
Super happy with the services! So friendly and warm staff! You may literally pop up wearing just sweaty jogging clothes and stel be treated as a star! And thank you for the beautiful Victoria ear studs! Love them and use them a lot!
We walked in ready to buy two wedding bands, and were so repulsed by Liz the sales associate's demeanor that we left without purchasing. Disgusting, demeaning attitude from someone whose job is ostensibly to provide sterling customer service, and this is coming from someone who worked in luxury retail for eight years. I'm shocked that Tiffany & Co. would employ someone who 1 is unable to fake a single shred of respect, 2 acts as if she openly hates the people she's talking to, and 3 is so spectacularly terrible at sales. I've never written an online review in my life, that's how much of a joke this experience was.
Liz helped me and did an amazing job! She gave great advice and was extremely knowledgable about the Tiffany products. I am so glad I got her style advice and will continue going to her for any further purchases at Tiffanys! Liz had the best customer service and made me feel so welcome and comfortable making my purchase. She is the reason I will go back to this Tiffanys!
Very pleasant experiences with sales experts! Ended up buying my wedding band here!
It stood for 20 minutes while someone came up to me. Although the sellers were free. But they pretended that I was empty space. talked among themselves and laughed. Tired of standing. They did not offer to sit down. Although they chose an expensive thing. Basically, I didn't buy from them. The salesman was annoyed.
First of all, I know there are COVID regulations in every store right now, but none of the luxury store has such condescending attitude when informing their customers about their regulations. When my friend and I were at the door, a man came out of the door and gestured to stop us from entering. My friend was walking in front of me, didn't see his gesture, and took literally one step into the door. The man immediately yelled "Miss! Miss I will have to ask you to step outside!" as if she has just stolen something from the store. Once my friend stepped outside, very embarrassed, the man asked "Why are you here today" in a very cold and condescending tone. When we answered just browsing, he frowned at us and said "Yes but what do you want to see?" Well this is a jewelry store, what do you expect? Or is it that you only take customers who have crystal clear shopping ideas in mind? I understand that he needs to set us up with a sales assistant and it would be the best for us to stay in one area of the store right now, but 1. There was no other customer in the store at that time so literally every sales assistant was available, and 2. There are a million friendly and respectful ways that he could have used to talk to us, but he chose none of them. In addition, he never actually informed us about any of the COVID policy other than asking us to use the sanitizer upon entrance. No one told us that we are not allowed to touch anything in the store right now, so my friend and I experienced another very awkward moment when we reached for a handbag out on display. I have purchased multiple pieces from this store in the past. Those shopping experiences had always been alright, but the way we were treated today really annoyed me. For luxury store, the service is a part of the product, since you are really selling the things to make your customers feel special. I will need to reconsider whether shopping at Tiffany's still brings me the joy that matches their price.
