The Pike 40

I probably should of given this a one star but I'm trying to be nice. Firstly, our waitress was not all here. Whenever we were trying to talk to her, she would listen for the first sentence then walked off. When we were ordering our food, they were out of food on numerous entrees, one of which was the deal of the day. And this is at 7:30pm. Then, we got our food and my wife couldn't stomach the food. It was not her preference. Food was really blan. We told them she didn't want it and they took it away and still charged us for it. I went to order dessert and yet again they were out of MOST of their selections. Basically it was only two cheesecakes. Lastly, we asked for a to-go box and never received it. Never coming back.

Great service! Friendly staff. My compliments to the chef for preparing one of the best steaks I have had in a long time. The restaurant decor was also nicely done.

Excellent food and good service. Frequent patron and I am never disappointed. Love everything I have had off their menu so far. Most of the menu is homeade in house. It's a very good restaurant for a change from the usual chains. Affordability priced as well.

A friend of mine lives in Pittsburgh and I live in Columbus, so The Pike 40 was a perfect halfway meeting spot for Sunday brunch. The breakfast buffet was great!!! Bacon was perfect, sausage gravy was heaven. Even the coffee was delicious. Megan waited on us and she was so nice and gave great service. Plus, she suggested the cream cake, which hadn't quite caught my eye (I mean...Between a brownie cheesecake and salted caramel tart, it kind of got lost) and let me tell you....that thing was pure magic. And gigantic. I took at least half of it home with me. I'll definitely be back!!

Nice friendly atmosphere. Awesome sweet potato fries. Clean bathroom.
