I shipped an FM receiver to California. The total cost including shipping was about $120. UPS mishandled the item and it was damaged. Working with this store to make the claim was a breeze. Rather than going through the regular channels for claims I was able to just email the store. They handled everything. When UPS only reimbursed me about half of the total, the store itself ended up reimbursing the remaining amount.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to pack up even my fragile glass gifts and ship them to my family. Everything arrived perfect! Highly recommend if you don't want to do it your self or have fragile stuff , they even offer insurance!

Rented a box for an address to get a business license was told by the town of Plymouth after that they cannot accept that as a physical address and was told by ups that they cannot refund the money what a waste of money thanks for nothing
