They are giving this address and saying if you fill out this survey then you receive a check for 452.00 .I will contact the main office since the worker ( male) does not care . If he was a great worker and dedication d tgen he would of been kind and passed this on to their fraud squad. I am now .

I called and told the guy I got a scam email with this this stores address. The gentleman did not care and refused to give me his name so I could report him to corporate. Very fishy if you ask me.
