Small, convenient location for copying, fax and mail services. Nothing amazing, but straightforward and reliable. Near the MBTA red line Davis Square subway station.

Hadn’t really had a problem with them in the past. I mostly return packages and occasionally ship. My worst criticism was that they’re really slow. This time I took an amazon box to be returned and forgot to tape it. They charge a $2 fee for tape.... say what? I would have swallowed it but I didn’t even bring a wallet. They just let me go and stood their ground. Now I will N-E-V-E-R go back.
I found out this fee is something that varies from shop to shop. The other one across town doesn’t charge if it’s just one box so I’ll be taking my business there.

Not a great place, and the staff I talked to where about as unhelpful and disinterested in doing the job as I've seen in some time. I don't usually write bad reviews, but in this case I now don't have two Christmas gifts that I needed to pick up there, using Access Point in UPS My Choice. The two items are sitting there, but according to the staff, who didn't even bother to look beyond my shipping slip, said the shipments were not there. I would suggest that no one use this location as an Access Point. Otherwise you could end up regretting even using this service. I would have been better off if the people in my family had just seen what would have been shipped to the house had I not chose Access Point. Now they have no main Christmas gifts until the coming Tuesday, which is when that location opens again. And that's even if they even bother to look out back next time. Awful service, never again will I use UPS if I have the choice. Why have a job if the person could not be bothered to actually do it?

I came in to return a amazon product and the black chick at the counter had nothing but attitude! I was totally nice to! I had a huge box and wanted to know where she would like me to place it so she didn't have to lift it. At first she said leave it right where it was... but that was like 6 or 7 feet away from the counter. So im like ok.... do I need to do anything else with this then? She then said, well you have to put it up here on the counter cuz im not lifting that...., lol....... so I play her little game and put it on the counter and once that was done I even put it on a moving cart for her. I dont understand why people in customer service have to have a Little B*&^% attitude to those that are very nice and respectful to them, I would understand If I came in and was a total jerk or something. If you dont like your job then go back out the door you came in and let someone that can handle the job do it instead ok? Thank you!

Place is a complete rip off. I paid $71 to ship something that I sold for $80 on ebay. $38 for the box, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap.... let me repeat that $38 for the box, packing peanuts and bubble wrap, are you f&*@*#*@* kidding me? I paid another $33 for the shipping itself. I will never use a UPS store again, and after reading countless reviews of these outlaw franchises pretty much charging you whatever the hell they want I would recommend everyone do the same. Also don't go somewhere to ship something without having your own box. I still can't believe I paid that much for the materials... Lucky for them I just got off the train, HAD to ship this and didn't want to carry it around for 2 days. Never again UPS store, you won this one.
