The UPS Store

This UPS location is very hit or miss. When I come here in the morning to ship packages I am often waiting around until 8:15 (they supposedly open at 8). One of two women shows up and one of them (multiple face piercings) is often on her phone on speaker talking to someone. It is very odd and she never apologizes for being late. You just don't get the sense she cares. I would never chose this location to actually ship but for dropping off prepaid return packages that requires minimal interaction it is fine

Do not ship to this store, they make up fees. I had a box shipped and held at the store for pickup. Shipper paid holding fees. I get to this store and they tell me it's $30 to get the box, it's a $10 holding fees + $5/day "storage" fee. Except they held my box for two weeks. No policy posted or written statement describing fees owed. I'm reporting this location to the BBB and City for fraud and theft.

This ups store is a little narrower than most ups store I 've been to but the service is good and they still have everything you need for shipping and packing. Workers are knowledgeable and quick to help.

Comcast has an agreement with UPS to return cable boxes "hassle free". I was told that I would receive an email in the afternoon in regards to "tracking" the equipment. A week later, no email. Called the manager who stated that I would receive confirmation of delivery in an hour. I'm still waiting on the email. What was suppose to be a "hassle free" transaction quickly turned into a migraine headache. The young people behind the desk are rude. They have a "I don't care" attitude and the manager of the store is never there after 12 pm. With that being said, I no longer care to do business with them. Instead, I will drive to the closest Comcast office to return any equipment and if I need to do anything in regards to mail I will walk to the Post Office located at 1575 Tremont Street where actual grown-ups work and who are accountable. I will also save money with zero hassle.
