Staples

The staff are completely rude and dismissive. I came to this staples to have my business cards printed and my business cards came out off centered. I pointed out the mistake and asked for them to fix it. Unfortunately, they continued to make mistakes 2 more times before I asked for a refund. I thought I’d give them another chance but that was a mistake. The employees were extremely rude and clearly haven’t had any customer service training. The manager had no problem with the way his employees were speaking to customers until I said something and even then he didn’t really care. I will not be back!

Great staff. But the mgmt won't turn off the radio that is just blasting random static noises - so odd... yet the two sales associates were helpful and kind. You'd think staples would take better care of such good staff.
