It is 9/ 15/17. Melo, the manager was extremely rude and very disrespectful when it was 80 degrees or more and asked her to turn on the AC. There was no ventilation (windows closed, door too) and she was dismissive (beyond belief) when I asked her to turn on the AC that was on earlier and functioning properly. The bartenders would not turn on the AC because she said no (that's what they told me). She wouldn't even have a conversation with me. Melo walked away mid sentence. What a disgrace!!!! I hope she loses her job. She's not worthy of such an important position. She is losing business for West End Lounge because she is unprofessional! I'm very disappointed and won't be returning.

It's a hole in the wall 'lounge' bar. They add gratitude to your bill and also suggest 15, 20, 25 % tips. We went to see a friend's friend perform, walked out kind of disappointed. Mind you walk in knowing that you gotta watch out for your bill. Even soda is overpriced. You get the picture.
