Wow! Three Rivers turned a rainy day into a fun day for my family. I stopped in to take a look at the new Atlas and give one a drive. We had decided that if we liked the Atlas we would get it all black, including rims. Knowing this is a rare setup I expected to order one. Entering three Rivers the first thing that I noticed was how clean and inviting the facility was. I was quickly approached by Seth Alrutz. He introduced himself and asked what I was interested in. I told him exactly what we wanted and was extremely surprised when he said he would pull it up for me to look at. They had the exact model/color/package that we wanted. After the test drive we loved it. Seth and his team made the trade in of our car and purchase of the Atlas painless. In the middle of conducting the deal my wife needed to go get my oldest from school. Seth quickly set my wife up with a car to go retrieve her. That is great customer service. They were very fair with pricing and even had a friendly yellow lab who was glad to play with my two girls while we conducted business. Every member of the staff were knowledgeable and professional. I'm hoping the service department carries on with this same level of customer service.

I took my Tiguan in today because my oil lift was flashing the service staff was amazing!! They definitely had my best interest in mind! Kaci was super sweet in explaining things to me. They were busy but still smiling and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. My car drives better than it did when I bought it (I bought it used from another dealership). However, when I’m ready to buy again this is where I will buy from!

Update: One of the owners called me on 2/3 a day later and I was informed that he has an internal policy that BS is a swearing word so be aware of saying BS in the building because one of the employees may snap at you for saying that or any other word that is defined in their internal policy if you accidentally lost your temper after spending over 12 hours in a period of 10 days at the dealership. Although I told him I was planning to delete this review I found it unfair to the public not to keep them informed of the outcome and the entire experience. I respect his stance but I also feel obligated to bring this interaction to everyone attention in the area. He owns the place and he gets to pick his customers and maybe I’m not a big enough of a customer for him. This review is pending conversation with the ownership. It is only relevant to the service department: Few weeks ago I had my car 60k service. Few days later I noticed a loud voice I couldn’t really tell what it was so I had an appointment scheduled and got it checked, I was informed that my wheel bearing was faulty after 2 hours of having checked in, few hours later I was told the technician was having a heck of time getting it out and while banging on it had something else damaged for which the service advisor had replaced at their own cost. Car checked in at 11:20 AM I left the dealership 5:30 and I didn’t even say a word for all the inconvenience. The very next day I heard the same exact noise I was hearing before for which I had the car checked for, I also had the initial noise recorded and emailed to the service manager. I immediately informed the service advisor and she kindly had me scheduled the following week which was today. I came in today at 1pm and after an hour and half the service advisor came to inform me that they believe the noise is due to a bend in the wheel so I was how did they miss it last week so she said this probably happened after I left with a pothole and I was pretty certain that I didn’t go in pothole as I left the dealership to when I realized the noise again 20 mins later at that point I got irritated and I called that a BS. So the service advisor got up and went to the service manager saying that I’m swearing and so hand him my car file. There were few people witnessing the interaction and called the service advisor reaction unreasonable. The service manager failed to react probably for his advisor poor customer service, he tried to finish resolving my issue but couldn’t due to the time restrain. Service manager has acknowledge the low rating and initial review. This is unfortunate and I’m hopeful the ownership will correct this bad experience. Further details will not be provided her for privacy reasons. This is how we can get he car when the check up is completed to, see picture! Service manager asked me for the key but i was already in for more than 3 hours and I couldn’t be delayed any further. This was brought up during checking in the car.

I normally don't leave reviews but I was so frustrated by my experience today that I feel this is warranted. I found one of the vehicles Three Rivers had posted online and called about it. I talked to one of the sales people and they told me to come in and see it, so I did (its a 1 hour drive one way for me to get there). Upon arriving, I was greeted by by one of the sales people who told me the car had sold the day before. I'm not sure how the previous person could have been so out of it that they did not know the vehicle was already sold, but they wasted 2 hours of my day just driving there and back.

I recently purchased a used car from Three Rivers Volkswagon. The entire experience was great from start to finish! Each employee was friendly and helpful! Every step of the process was explained well, and was quick and easy! No fuss process. Thank you Three Rivers Volkswagon, especially Seth for the fantastic car buying experience.
