Our visit is was outstanding. Notwithstanding the fact we were there early season, they are upgrading. A new game room, major pool improvements and other infrastructure improvements, the entire campground give you trail access & river access for fishing.
Inside the A Frame you will find some of best kind of KOA hosts. The staff are friendly. It's well stock for the camper/RV person(s). They offer 33 (!) Flavors of Hershey's Ice Cream...all make an excellent selection.

Have to make reservation months in advance I guess. Have been there on 3 occasions no problem booking. Tried to book several times since and am always told no space available. Last time I tried to book was the 1st weekend opened in the spring. No space available. I was told they keep spaces opened for people that work in the area. Is this a KOA campground or a trailer park?? There are a lot of other campgrounds that r much nicer.

Really nice place. For the price ($140 for the weekend) You would hope it would be awesome. Pool is nice, as are the showers. Store was decently setup. The main reason I dont think we will be back is the TRAIN noise. All night, all morning, loud and signaling with their horns. Right across teh river, maybe 20 yards.
Not sure how people afford to live there full time, as many of these sites are permanent installations.

Enjoyed our stay, even with terrible phone reception. Friendly and supportive staff, excellent gift shop that offers much to the RV traveler. The only complaint I have is this campground does not offer recycling, and that is important to some people such as myself.

Great campground. Staff friendly and helpful. Cleanest bathrooms and shower rooms we have ever seen. (private single shower rooms) Even the dog park was clean and neat....loved our stay there. (Even got used to trains across the river) As Arnold says "We'll be BACK".....
