Thundermist Health Center of Woonsocket - Dental

They were very nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and answered every question I had. I wasn't sure if my insurance coverage was still valid since I am in the process of switching insurance. They checked it for me and even checked on my prescriptions to make sure that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket at the pharmacy. They also scheduled a follow up appointment for me as a new patient to make sure all of my issues are taken care of.

Had a tooth pulled and felt everything!!! It's like Dr. Kapoor doesn't know where to stick the needle and how much to numb you with! I was a little numb but not in the right area!!! I really don't think he knows what he's doing! All he was concerned about was getting finished within 12 minutes! As they pulled it out I was crying and everything and he says it's just pressure you're feeling. Trust me I know the difference between pain and pressure and that was full blown pain!!!! I definitely wouldn't recommend Dr Kapoor and Thundermist for that matter. Oh a I just love it when he says what a good job he does!!!! :(

Both times that I've had dental issues they have taken good care of me ..they are very polite, friendly and take care of your needs to the best of their ability. ..I love this place and recommend this place for anyone looking for a new dental place ...

I don't take the time to leave reviews usually but this one was deserving. The staff at this dental office are absolutely rude and unprofessional. I waited ten minutes for one to finish a personal call before I could even check in. Not a good omen but I was desperate. Immediately the hygienist complained to me that she had to see Spanish speaking clients- a full on rant that ended with her insulting the other hygienist. This was BEFORE saying anything other than sit down! The dentist herself never once looked at the problem I came in for. She told me I had acute gingivitis (actually she very condescendingly told me "I'm going to use some BIG words here, ok?") and she wouldn't look further at the tooth until I take 30 days of antibiotics. My face is swollen, I can't use my mouth- can't eat or drink (water through a dropper is fun). The pain from the hygienist not knowing how to take tooth x rays alone is enough to have set me back. I waited two full days for them to send my prescription to the pharmacy. I could go on and on but I'll stop. I know it's tough because most places won't take state dental insurance but AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The other locations are better.

The staff are so rude here and have no compassion for your appointments. To add insult to injury, there are only few dentists here that truly care about you.
