So far so good, my mother-in-law has been here for a few weeks now and no complaints. The staff are friendly and the place is kept clean. My mother-in-law used the hair salon this week and her hair cut came out great. She wasn't too fond of the dinner last night but they brought her something else upon request by her.

After being at 2 other facilities, TLC was wonderful. The food was good the nurses were great , but most of all, the physical therapists were fantastic! I would like to give a shout out to Ernie in physical therapy!

My dad was transferred her from Valley Hospital on 2/12/18. When transports dropped him off he was transferred into a room with a dirty bed, no tv remote , call light was tucked under the frame of the bed and no personal care products. My dad is unable to get up on his on do to rare spasm conditions and complete loss of sensation of the left limbs that causes him to fall and shake as if he is having a seizure . My dad had to use the restroom 30 minutes after getting there to asTLC facility so pushed the call light and the timer on my phone and it took the CNA 19 minutes to go into the room to see what he needs as well as passed by his room twice holding her finger up saying give me one minute ( which was 6 minutes each time ) ! I went to the front to speak with the DON director of nursing) and was given the administrator in training ! I explained my frustration to him and asked for a urinal do to my dad's condition and it took them over an hour to find a urinal ! My mom and I had to drag my dad to the bathroom ourselves where he ended up pissing on the floor because he was trying to hold his urine so long ! He is diabetic and 68 years old it is kind of hard to control you bladder and bowel at that age. We then after all this which was within our first 2 hours at the facility sat in the office with the administrator, administrator in training and assistant DON where they pretty much half as apologized and self admitted they are more under staffed than most care homes , if you have delt with care homes they are always understaffed meaning the CNA is wirking a hall with 20 patients I stead of 12 which is pretty standered. The early morning following my dad asked the night nurse to take out his IV that had been in for 5 days an she said ok I will be right back sir to take that out ! Needless to say my dad took his own IV out of his arm after waiting 3 hours for the nurse to come back. He sat on his bed bleeding a pool of blood on the floor and all over his bed before someone came in to help him ! Oh mind you that we had asked for him to get a shower that morning do to the pissing episode and blood all over, well he didn't get that until the next day ! Today 2/18/18 my dad was transferred to Henderson hospital after my dad timing his call light for 35 mins to go to the bathroom. He couldn't hold it any longer so he shuffled his self to the bathroom and coming out of the bathroom he had a spasm episode causing him to fall and hit his head on the nasty bathroom floor ! He has fallen several time waiting on an employee to help him ! He has a huge hematoma ( bruise) on his ribs from falling as well. So with all this said the facility needs A LOT of work and you shouldn't allow your family members to be there test dummies . STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR LOVE ONE TO END UP IN HOSPICE .

The people there are taking good care of my grandma. They are very helpful, and they have good food. Her roommate was pretty helpful too in translating my grandma, since she doesn't speak english. Thank you very much

They took care of my husband well. I like the administrations ways of managing the staff & facility . I hope they grow to service more people who needed skilled nursing & rehab.
