The close when they want, I came at 5:44 and only needed soap and the guy said already closed, great customer service.

Never a pleasant experience going here. No one greets you or asks if you need assistance even if you go through every aisle. They just watch you on the camera. Disappointing that this place is still in service.

The lady behind the counter was very warm in receiving me. Hard to find when shopping in NYC. But she was warm and inviting

Wonder people and services. Fruit stand on curb outside establishment. I never resist buying a variety of fruits for worker in store. Run, don't walk, to this establishment!!!!!

Customers beware of cashiers.... my items were already rung up $60 I look down for my wallet to pay and look up $66 immediately I questioned her about it and was met with confused looks and a murmured, idk followed by a shoulder shrug. I was "accidentally" rung up for "grey hair coverage" by a middle-aged woman who clearly needed it. Luckily, the monitor at the register displays items that were scanned, so I quickly pointed it out. The manager had her dump the items from my bag on the counter and rescan them... guess what??? No "grey hair coverage" coincidentally, there was a box of it within arms reach....behind the register. Stay sharp shoppers!!!

I love this place. The variety of wigs, hair products, nails and eyelash are endless.
