Trinity Square Apartments

I did one 11 months ago! I’m doing another one!! It’s not a bad place to stay! I’m grateful to have somewhere to call home.. it’s peaceful out here I don’t have no complaints. Mike you doing great

I've lived here for a year now, anytime I have a issue they fix no problem, people are saying they were scammed out of a holding fee? They tell you prior its non refundable, I moved in no problem and I love my townhouse. After being homeless in hotel for 2 years and having this complex work with me I'm very grateful.

I lived here from April 2016 through March 2019. I moved out because I relocated to AZ for a new job. I never had any issues with my neighbors or property management. Some of my neighbors even watched out for me, since they knew I lived by myself. I’ve watched as they had the stairs redone in all of the buildings, repainted the parking spot lines, installed nighttime lights in the buildings, and have completed other renovations. Making changes to an apartment complex takes time, and I think they’re on the right path! Miss you Brenda and Sandy!

I have lived here for 2 years and it has its ups and downs. Good:The apartments themselves are nice and roomy. Big windows. The landlords are so nice and helpful. Laundry room open 24/7. This apartment is close to banks, gas stations, the post office, fast food, family dollar, meijer, etc. Bad: when I first moved in, there were bed bugs which took forever to get rid of. The neighborhood/neighbors are not the best. Loud music, I thought a neighbor was running a club, there was always one or two men outside their door. Nobody watches their kids outside. Neighbors stealing electricity. At least once a month, the cops get called out here. I will say that the landlord knows this and has been working on kicking out those causing trouble and I have noticed a difference. Someone asked me if I could do it again, would I? I would.

Please for the love of god!! stay away this is a true slumlord. The leasing agents will take $675 as a holding fee for an apartment and then turn around and tell you the unit will not be available for months. They do not refund the holding fee, so please do not get scammed by trinity square apartments.

Idk what yall been through! But I love my apartment been here since 2018.. Im coo.. just might get a townhouse now.. But its cheaper than anybody around them..

scam artist do not let them take your hard earned money!!!!! buyer beware they take holding fees for apartments and do not give apartment, month after month of empty promises and no refunds after 6 months no apartment and i’m out $675.00.

DO NOT move here unless you are an illegal mexican...this apartment complex is full of loud messy mexicans the throw their trash everywhere except the trash bins! they allow them to pack many in one apartment...I moved in and in less than 12 hours someone had stolen from us! The management is horrible they do nothing. Drug dealers everywhere... in my life this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in!!!

Do they approve you with a eviction under your name

I see in the comments section below that I was not the only one robbed for $675.00 so called holding fee that results in no apartment and a month of free rent for this crooked apartment complex, don't fall for it for someplace else.
