Tuffy Auto Service Center

I made a major mistake while trying to add oil to my car so i searched car services near me and Tuffy's was the first to show up. I gave them a call right away and was talking to the store manager, who could tell i was very stressed after i had made the mistake on the car and he was SO helpful and understanding and helped me make an appointment as soon as possible. I went in the next day and was greeted so kindly and they were very understanding and helpful and they were able to fix the mistake that i had made on the car. The staff and service was unbelievable and i highly recommend Tuffy's in Fargo!

We have gone to Tuffy's for quite a few years now and with 5 different cars. They have always been friendly and helpful and they keep you in the loop as best they can. They always take the extra time to talk with any extended warranty companies so you don't have to, which is really nice. Almost every time we call with car trouble they are able to get it in that day. I also had a friend that went here a while back to have extensive repairs done and has had no issues since then. UPDATE: Still going strong. We had a repair done at a different shop and that shop failed to notice that the water pump was leaking badly. My wife and I both said to each other "Tuffys would have noticed that". It's hard to come by a shop with integrity like Tuffys nowadays. They honestly care about you and your vehicle, and will always stand behind their warranty. We recommend them to anyone in town.

Scott and Chad are amazing!! They are great to work, they are helpful weither on the phone or in the office and they are willing to work with you. Tuffys has excellent prices and they don’t break the bank. They did a fast job to get my car in and fixed up as a new. The boys in the shop got me a few new tires and luges to get me on my way. Thanks boys!!!

The customer service at Tuffy Auto Center was top notch! My car broke down on a freezing cold day and most auto service centers I called said there would be a 2 day wait to have the car looked at. I had my car towed to Tuffy in Fargo and by the next morning they called me with a diagnosis.The manager called me multiple times throughout the day to keep me updated on the progress of the auto repair! I was able to get my car back that evening and they even sent a pick up car to get me from work. This is my second time having auto work done at Tuffy and I'd highly recommend them!

I needed a new battery put in because my car wouldn't start. So I called on a moment's notice, and Scott knew how badly I needed this done ASAP, so he got me in right away! I had no appointment, no heads up, nothing. He got my new battery put in in under a half hour, and was so nice the whole time. I will definitely be back!
