Buying experience was great, worked with Steve Dargen. Not pushy or trying to rush us. Had good knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at. I did have a hard time reaching a sales person in the Mercedes department that morning to verify what was in-stock. Have not dealt with service, but will see come in every 10k for service. Email contact after the sales has been quick.

Went in for an oil change...leftvwith xar making a noise I've never heard. Now days later my service light has come on, I keep my Mercedes-Benz c-class in tip top shape. The service guy said anyrhibg ro get me ofg premises. Worst service ever and this our 4th Benz
