Luther Family Buick GMC

Doors should open 5 minutes prior to 7 am to check in the 7 am appointments. There were 4 other cars also waiting between 6:50 am and 7 am. I was hoping to have the car dropped off by 7 so I could get to work. Consider starting first appointment at 7:15 am. They did a good job on the car, but not very friendly people there at all.

Got 4 new tires. Then they called and said they needed to replace a TPMS sensor. No big deal, walked out door with a $1200 bill. 2 days later, TIRE SERVICE LIGHT comes on. One of the sensors aren't reading. This happened about 4 months ago, and it took 3 trips for them to fix. Now I get new tires, and they still can't figure it out. I live 30 minutes away and have only had the truck for 8 months. This is getting ridiculous.

I went there to see if they can reprogram the MRC on my Camaro but we found out that I didn't need it. I kind of felt bad for taking up their time but the tech and the service advisor (Kevin) were cool/kind. I will definitely visit them if I needed service done...

My experience buying a car at Luther was GREAT! Dustin was very personable, courteous and candid (which I really respected). Everyone I spoke with and that played a role in the experience was awesome.

My wife and I just bought a new GMC Sierra from Luther Buick GMC. It was easily the best car buying experience we have had. The salesman, Andrew Gorby, was extremely nice, helpful, and made the whole process go off without a hitch. He helped make sure that our new truck checked off every requirement that we had. He searched around, took pictures, and talked with us over the phone and through text to get us truck we wanted, while allowing us to continue on with our days. Tony Emmerich in finance was a joy to work with. He was straightforward and helpful, getting us a deal that worked for us. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured here. We will be coming back again for our next vehicle.
