Great service, fast oil changes (I was third in line when I arrived without an appointment, and I was still done and gone in less than an hour). However, I am concerned about the oil change staff leaving vehicles unlocked before and after the oil change. I keep lots of gear in my vehicle year-round, and completely unloading it several times a year just so I can get an oil change is not feasible. It's obviously more convenient for staff to leave the vehicles unlocked before and after service, but it isn't the best policy for security of the customer's belongings. You already need/have the keys so the vehicles can be moved in and out of the bays as needed, so locking/unlocking wouldn't require significant extra effort. Please consider changing this policy.

Taylor did a fantastic job of going above and beyond to get us the PERFECT Explorer for us. He also made sure we were all set up before we left with our apps and knowledge of the features.

When I walk into a large dealership like Luther Family Ford, my biggest fear is that I won't get the service I would expect when making such a significant purchase. It was a Saturday afternoon when I walked in and it was busy. Within a few minutes though, I was asked if I was being helped and the staff found a salesperson (Tony) to work with me right away. During the entire experience, my questions were answered, my requests were never minimized (I ask for a lot), and I truly felt like my business was valued. I had a trade and was a little upside down and the sales manager, Brian, gave me a very fair trade value. Overall, I couldn't be more happy with the experience and the purchase. Thanks Tony and Brian!

Tyler gladly answered all my questions and searched for vehicles based on features (and color) that I wanted. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, didn't push me to buy a more expensive vehicle or drive something I wasn't interested in. Drove to Fargo and this dealership specifically when I was ready to buy a new ford vehicle. The drive was worth it!
