AutoZone

Pretty good auto parts store. They usually have anything I need in stock, and the staff is pretty knowledgeable. The prices tend to be average to even a bit under average. I had to exchange a part for a different part, and they made the process very easy. I've noticed they even carry a few parts that are hard to find at other places.

This a great place for auto parts. The employee are really there to help you with whatever you need. If they don't have the point you in the right direction.

I live in western North Dakota in a small town in the oil fields. The closest Auto Zone is in Fargo. Happen to be in town for doctor's visit. Had a situation with an Auto Zone battery that obviously couldn't be resolved where I lived. Took it in to this particular store and was taken care of beyond my expectations. Bob, the manager, was very helpful and professional. I really appreciated the way he handled my concerns. Back home I am forced to deal with O'Reilly, Carquest and NAPA. Auto Zone is by far the very best in customer service. I'm looking forward when Auto Zone stores open up in the Bakken. There will be many people who will stop shopping the competitors and become regular customers of Auto Zone. Thank you Bob for taking care of me.
