Spare tire well paint cracking & rusting. Repairs cracking & failing. Hammer marks on interior metal surfaces. Fastener holes hogged out to compensate for out of dimension components. Mounting tabs clipped because of misalignment.
Car frame not square & needs extensive work on alignment rack.
Trusted this shop for years, but no more.

Northwest Auto Repair did a fantastic job fixing our Chrysler 200 back to it's showroom condition after a fender bender from the whole passenger side was damaged sliding on the snow this winter.

Not able to replace some parts. Had to go somewhere else. Used to be only place we would go.

Always helpful and nice. We've had several repairs done here without any problems. Their quotes are always within a reasonable amount and insurance companies love them. The woman at the front desk is awesome as well, kudos for such great staff!
