Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I'm glad I gave them a try. After reviewing many dealerships in the area & being disappointed with others; I tried Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. A co-worker had told me to give them a try. The entire experience was good. I met the sales girl, Tracy who greeted me right away. We discussed what I was looking for, gave me a lot of great options to choose from & got me in the right truck. She made sure that I was happy with my choice, explained all the options/features & gave me a good value in my trade. I'll be a returned buyer & definitely recommend working with Tracy at Corwin Ram.

Awesome Experience! I worked with Tracy Bjerke; she was very patient. I test drove 3 different vehicles! She picked the perfect vehicle right way but my payment was higher than I thought it was going to be. We tried several others & finally found the perfect one!! I love my New Jeep & the payments are great!! She even gave me her phone number to call her if I have questions later! I'll definitely be recommending Corwin Jeep to all of my friends!

Just purchased our daughter first car! A Jeep renegade very nice car. Experience doing this was TERRIBLE at Corwin Toyota. Our sales person was the worst. He did not make the “first” car a great experience. He promised that oil would be changed- since we looked at it with him in the lot and it was very dark. He said the car would be cleaned up and oil changed if we agreed to buy. He did not have the oil changed before delivery, he Lied. He slapped the sticky floor mats down, not cleaning the inside at all. Even leaving previous owners information (insurance, registration, various receipts of their purchases)in glove box which we had pointed out to him. We were offered a wash for later, but they “ran out” of coupons. Gas tank was empty when we left. The initial drive where he had to drive first to show us how the car ran “company policy” was a joke, Corwin train your people how to do this, if this is company policy train them not to freak the customer out while they are driving. I don’t understand why they have to sit in front seat after the switch. Company policy? It allowed me however to watch him view and post on social media “snap chat “ Wasn’t he suppose to be selling the car with information about the car?? He never explained the parts of the car or showed my daughter how the car worked. This was our daughters first car, he could have made an effort. He would not even sit with us in dealership to make small talk, always had to go get something or someone“be right back” is all I heard. I am not even going to mention the sales managers... and the hidden charges they they failed to explain during the sale. They advertise “best price” but have 299.00 hidden fees that they fail to mention until closing. We have bought from corwin before but never again.

Dylan was a great. Called Corwin while at a different dealership that I was not happy with, connected with Dylan on the phone, told him what I was looking for and he was able to help. He gave me a real assessment on whether or not he could get to what I needed deal wise and I made the decision to drive 80 miles to go check it out. Got there and he was honest and fair got me the car I wanted at a price that I could afford. I had financing arranged already, they asked once if I wanted to give them a chance to offer financing I said no and that was that. Dylan and everyone else was honest and not pushy at all, listened to what I needed and in the end I feel like I got a good deal and a deal I am happy with.

My family comes here often to get work done on their vehicles. So I decided to bring my car in for an oil change, as I don't like doing it myself. The staff was great and they had in done in a timely matter. My family was right, this is a great place to go!
