Tulelake-Butte Valley Fairgrounds

Only a dozen or so grassy, 30 amp full hook up sites. All sites perpendicular to the road. We had a rough time with our 34ft rig. This is a passport america park. $18! We were there a couple weeks ago and the Canadian Geese and Snow Geese migration was in progress. Thousands of them. Quite a sight.

Nice fair grounds. The facilities are definitely the center of parts of the community here.

This is a very unique and beautiful place. It is home to the best annual fair in the entire basin. There are several buildings that you can rent for different events. There is also a secluded rv park with full hook ups. Its a great place to check out if you're in to history, as it has a full museum that gives a detailed history about the basin and surrounding areas. Its a good home base if your from out of town and want to tour the lava beds for a few days.

We have stayed here several times with our motor coach. There really isn't any length limit. Full hookups on 26 sites. Although we have not checked all the power pedestals, we believe that each has two 30 Amp outlets and no 50's. If you use a dual-30 to 50 Amp adapter, then you can come close. All sites are on lawn, and most are uneven tending to be high in the rear, but nothing the levelers couldn't deal with.
