The U Haul on Broad st is the best one in town. I had terrible experiences at the one on Ringgold rd., so this was lightyears apart from that. Kathy and David were very helpful, fast, and courteous.

The staff was very nice and kept me informed on the progress of my car being worked on while I wated in the store. They were quick and did a very nice job.

This place was a joke. No place to park, got asked to move my truck twice, people at the counter were slow and kept blaming all the problems on the computer. Finally left and didn't buy a truck hitch and ball. I will not be going back to this establishment ever again. Very poor service and attitude.

AWFUL! Called 2xs from ORLANDO Florida & made a reservation for a trailer 1 way back to Orlando. Detailed conversations, pick up date secured & conf # given. Drive 81/2 hrs to pick up our new vehicle. Very unhelpful employee casually informs me that they don’t rent trailers one way. Now I’m stuck in Chattanooga with a new vehicle & no way to transport & not one ounce of concern or assistance from this UHaul location. STAY AWAY
