U-Haul Moving & Storage at E Fremont St

Great Stock Long Wait This Uhaul has everything from boxes to trucks. Unfortunately it was 30+ minute wait in line as they only have one counter person on a Thursday Morning. Ideally they would have more trained staff to manage the counter mybobkg problem with this location. I have been a couple of times and it’s always the same thing.

Be VERY VERY careful if you rent from here. I was overcharged by 2000 miles when I returned in January. Called and got a refund 2 weeks after. Then last week...A MONTH after I got charged another $400. Customer service is a joke, no help everyone acting like I'm in the wrong for being posses Got hung up on by multiple "managers". Take very good care of yourself if you decide to use this location, return it while the store is open. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU ATTITUDE WHEN YOU ARE UPSET ABOUT IT. I have 2 moves planned for the upcoming months and I will NOT be using uhaul ever again and recommend noone else.

John C and his team of professionals are always willing and able to accommodate my company's needs, at a moments notice. Typical U-Haul. They are fast, friendly and honest. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because even though there are security cameras, there is no secure place to park your car. I don't think I would leave my car there overnight, given the neighborhood, although I have no information about the crime rate there. I have absolutely no problem with the place during business hours and during the day.
